In either Swindon, London or Manchester, our client seeks someone to generate revenue and maintain standard of excellence through delivery of classroom training and courseware development for all appropriate areas of their portfolio, particularly PRINCE2.
Main responsibilities -
To generate revenue by undertaking lecturing, consulting and other chargeable work activities as appropriate.
To achieve required quality targets as set by Company and determined by delegate evaluations.
To maintain portfolio of high quality courses by taking responsibility for agreed courses.
To maintain up-to-date and flexible skills base through personal development and accreditation activities.
To complete professional certifications as appropriate.
To support internal departments with specialist advice and support on ad hoc basis as required.
Candidate requirements - Essential:
To be certified as Prince2 Practitioner; Prince2 Qualified Trainer; Ability to deliver Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Courses; Min 2 yrs classroom experience training in Project Management; Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to share expertise with others; Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with stressful situations; Passion for Project Management and acquiring new skills and experience; Good team player, self-starter, self managing; Flexible outlook on working environment; Mobility and desire to run courses in different locations in UK and occasionally overseas; Driving license holder; Proven track record in Practical Project Management experience in real world; Measured by indepth knowledge and experience of large proportion of following:
Desirable:
Ability to deliver Project Management courses based on PMIs and*or APMs Bodies of Knowledge (PMBOKs)
Experience in Practical Application of Prince2 in real world
